Carillon Wellness Center offers a variety of Massage Therapy services. Massage Therapy is an important component in maintaining a healthy, functioning body. We offer the following types of massage customized to meet your specific needs. Call for an appointment.

Swedish massage
(Relaxation Massage) - The art of manipulation of the muscles with the use of oils and lotions. Swedish massage calms the nervous system, lowers blood pressure, strengthens the immune system and leaves you with an increased sense of well-being. 
Member: $40 1/2 hour, $60 one hour, $100  1 1/2 hours
Non-member: $50 1/2 hour, $70 one hour; $110 1 1/2 hours

Deep Tissue Massage
Uses deep pressure to eliminate trigger points in the pain areas thereby helping to reduce swelling and decrease pain.
Member: $40 1/2 hour, $60 one hour, $100  1 1/2 hours
Non-member: $50 1/2 hour, $70 one hour; $110 1 1/2 hours

Sports Massage
Is a combination of range-of-motion movements mixed with assisted stretching, moderate to deep tissue strokes and compression, and massage. Before exercise, this massage can loosen muscles and tendons, increasing elasticity and flexability. After a workout it can reduce soreness and tension as well as relieve areas of muscle stress and reduce recovery time.   
Member: $100 1 1/2 hour
Non-member: $110 1 1/2 hour

Prenatal/Post Partum Massage
A focused session using special consideration for mother and baby. A certified Licensed Massage Therapist will use specific bolstering and technique to assure safety and comfort. 
Member: $70 one hour
Non-member: $80 one hour

Thai Massage
Combines assisted stretching, meditation and massage in a 1 1/2- hour or 2- hour wellness retreat.
Member: $100 1-1/2 hours
Non-member: $110 1-1/2 hours

Cranial Sacral Therapy
Massage touch stimulates the flow of the brain's cerebral spinal fluid in the proper channels throughout the body. This therapy not only promotes physical healing but puts one in a deeply relaxed & peaceful state.
Member: $70 one hour
Non-member: $80 one hour

Reflexology
Uses specific pressure point massage on the hands and feet that increase circulation and innervates corresponding organs and their systems.
Member: $70 one hour
Non-member: $80 one hour

Fibromyalgia
A specialized gentle massage specifically designed to the individuals comfort level. A combination of gentle long strokes and myofascial releases. * Available only at the Palm Harbor Wellness Center.

Stone Massage
A soothing massage using warmed stones to apply heat and pressure simultaneously.
Member: $100 1-1/2 hours
Non-member: $110 1-1/2 hours
