Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday: 4am - 11pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6am - 8pm
Management reserves the right to temporarily close certain areas of the facility for announced special events or holidays.

Attire 
All members are expected to wear proper exercise attire.

Check-in 
When you enter the Wellness Center, please scan your membership card at the front desk.

Teen Members
The minimum age to workout at our facility is 12 years.  All members ages 12 - 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when using Wellness Center facilities.

Child Care
Baby sitting is provided at a low cost for all members by a child care technician. See the front desk for details.

Membership Cards

Your membership card is issued to you upon joining the Wellness Center. This card is required to enter the facility. A fee of $5 will be charged to replace lost membership cards.

Freezing or Canceling Your Membership

If you want to freeze or cancel your membership, call (727) 502-4444. You cannot do so through our Web site.
