St. Anthony's Foundation Hosts Fishing Tournament To Benefit Cancer and Cardiac Care
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Aug. 19, 2005) – The St. Anthony’s Health Care Foundation will host a fishing tournament Saturday, Oct. 22, at the docks of Johnny Leverock’s Seafood House on St. Pete Beach.
Entry forms for the St. Anthony’s 3rd Annual Fishing Tournament will be available at these locations: Johnny Leverock’s Seafood House, 10 Corey Ave. in St. Pete Beach; St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce, 100 Second Ave. N; and St. Anthony’s Hospital, 1200 Seventh Ave. N.
The Foundation hopes to attract 200 anglers to the inshore and offshore tournament. Each boat can have up to four anglers. The cost is $150 per boat during early registration, which ends Sept. 30. After that, registration per boat is $200.
Anglers will fish for redfish, trout, snook, grouper and kingfish. A captain’s party will kick off the event on Thursday evening, Oct. 20 at Johnny Leverock’s Seafood House at St. Pete Beach.
