10:00-10:45am- SOS w/ Jim
11:00-11:55am- Basic/Intermediate Pilates w/ Maude
We will re-open at 4 am on Tuesday, September 7th and resume normal hours and classes.

FSCC pool access
We are pleased to announce that beginning in May Carillon Wellness Center Members will have access to the Feather Sound Country Club Pool for Water Aerobics!
Water Aerobics:
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
9-9:45am
Cost:
•· $5 per Water Aerobics Class
•
Guidelines:
•· Participation in Water Aerobics Classes requires sign-up, signing a waiver from FSCC and
payment at the Carillon Wellness Center front desk prior to the day of the class.
•· Participants who show up to Feather Sound Country Club who are not on the list will be turned away.
Water Aerobics is restricted to 20 participants to ensure a quality class.
•· Participants are allowed access to the pool area only while visiting the Club.
•· Carillon Wellness Center Team Members will be present to ensure a smooth process and assist as needed.
Space is limited so please see the front desk to reserve your spot!•
